Maximo Mobile is a new suite of mobile applications for PDAs, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones that are built into Maximo making it easy for organisations to centrally manage and extend their Maximo applications to remote workforces. Based on Maximo's standards-based architecture (including XML, Web Services, Java), Maximo Mobile allows Maximo to be easily configured and "mobilised" to meet the changing needs of the mobile workforce.
