  • A major provider operating in the utilities sector required support to enhance the interface between Maximo and its financial system.  The interface facilitated the purchasing and issuing of materials and labour for maintenance activities within Maximo.  Associated costs automatically flowed through to the appropriate accounts in the financial system. An additional hurdle to be managed was that the interface affected three Departments - Maintenance, IT, and Accounts.  Tolerro’s particular expertise in the interface between financial systems and Maximo was highly valued, as was their ability to manage complex tasks.   Tolerro was able to reengineer the interface, enhance the performance, remove the bugs from the systems, and provide a better solution for the business.
