one-on-one training

The level of training is dictated by the needs of the client. We are extremely flexible in our approach and will tailor a training program appropriate to your needs.

This may include one-on-one training, or an in-house system support person, or classroom training or on-the-job training. Training can be conducted at your site or ours – it is up to you.

Regardless of the structure and content of training, the main goal is to ensure that your people are independently confident and proficient in using your asset management system.

Tolerro also does considerable training with the implementation of each new software release of Maximo, and would be available to upgrade the software as these new upgrades are released. Costs associated with this training are negotiated and agreed with the client prior to the training commencing.
