The staff from Tolerro have been motivated to pursue the “Desire to Learn – Ability to See” at the Tolerro Symposium 2014, Tuesday 18th March, at the Hilton Surfers Paradise.  The annual Symposium is a time for Tolerro staff from all over the country to get together for a period of learning, professional development, team building and light-hearted fun.  The CEO and Managing Director, Anomi Bruynius, is an advocate for continuous learning and believes that personal growth is directly related to one’s desire to learn. “There is a need to place greater value on the ‘Desire’ part of learning, whatever the subject of your desire.  It is not a point of arrival but a continuous occurrence.  Applying what you have learned and not just collecting information is how we achieve growth and keep moving forward” said Anomi in her opening address. The Tolerro team also received information relating to the company’s strategic plan, ongoing charitable works and presentations on IBM Maximo, IBM MobileFirst and SAP Mobile Platform.  They are all well equipped for future success!
