Anomi Bruynius founded Tolerro in 2002. She has been at the forefront of asset management for 20 years, and has played a leading role in the development of the Enterprise Asset Management Industry in Australia. Under her leadership, Tolerro is the longest running IBM Maximo provider in Australia.
With a degree in Applied Science from Queensland University of Technology, Anomi’s background is in enterprise software development. Her first Maximo implementation was at Brisbane Water, at the time a part of Brisbane City Council, the largest municipality in the southern hemisphere.
As founder and manager of the Asset Management practice for engineering firm John Wilson & Partners, Anomi and her team implemented Maximo for a broad range of clients in local government and the oil and gas industries.
In 2002, Anomi’s entrepreneurial spirit drove her to establish Tolerro. Consistent growth and success under her leadership has enabled her to create a strong team of asset management specialists within the Company, and an expanding list of long standing, industry leading clients including Santos, TENIX, Sandvik and Origin Energy.
Anomi’s drive to create Tolerro was both professional and personal. From a professional perspective Anomi has always been absolutely uncompromising on quality, integrity and professionalism. Establishing her own business allowed her to drive those values home, creating a team of like-minded professionals with a prime focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
From a personal perspective Anomi wanted to give something back to the industry through graduate training and professional development. She is proud to see that many of her present and past employees are now at the forefront in IBM Maximo consulting, delivering outstanding levels of service in organisations across the globe.
Beyond asset management, Anomi’s personal motivation has always been to use Tolerro as a vehicle to generate capital for important charitable work. Anomi is a Certified Professional and a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society and a member of the Chartered Secretaries Australia. She has been twice nominated for the coveted Telstra Business Woman of the Year – Commonwealth Bank Small Business Award.
James Danaher has over a decade of experience delivering Asset Management solutions to clients in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
He commenced his career at Tolerro in 2002, and after several years moved overseas to gain 5 years of international experience in the UK working for IBM and Vetasi Limited. In 2011 James returned to Tolerro to take up a management position.
James is responsible for the quality delivery of all projects at Tolerro, working closely with Tolerro consultants and customers to ensure that outcomes are successfully achieved every time. He has managed projects across a range of industries, including large utilities, transportation, airport authorities, government departments, theme parks, manufacturing, and major oil and gas exploration and production companies. As a Maximo Project Manager he has been responsible for managing the Design, Build and Delivery phases of many major implementations.
Underpinning his capability is a “whatever it takes” attitude. Ultimately it is this dedication and professionalism that are his hallmarks.
Neil is the Managing Director of Tupicoffs Pty Ltd and Financial Rescue Australia Pty Ltd, and a director of the Financial Planning Association of Australia. He has over 32 years’ experience in the financial services industry and possesses multiple financial planning and management qualifications and certifications. He has held senior management roles with National Australia Bank and was Vice President with Bankers Trust. He has also won numerous industry awards including the Masterclass Top 50 exam in 2012, 2010, 2008 and 2006. This solid track record and seasoned financial management experience means his advice is sought for major financial decisions and new ventures that Tolerro embarks.
Natalie has over 19 years’ experience in Public Practice backed by extensive studies and a career beginning with Big 4 Accounting Firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Initially she worked in Indirect Taxes and Corporate Tax and then branched out into small to medium enterprise taxation and business advice services. In 2002 Natalie became a partner of Pluta Accountants. During her 15 years as Partner, Natalie has assisted the firm to grow revenue by 125% with a staff retention rate of 95%.
Natalie’s passion for Public Practice has led her to be heavily involved with the CPA over the last 12 years, serving on various Committees and Taskforces. Natalie’s tenure on the Queensland Public Practice Committee (QPPC) involved two years as Chair Person. Further, Natalie has contributed to the ATO by serving on the highest tax practitioner forum, the ATPF. Natalie has also used her technical expertise as a Community Representative for many ATO Quality Control Reviews and as a Tax Time Presenter on ABC Nightlife with Tony Delroy for the last few years.
